What is the minimum orders for FREE delivery?

Min. $120

If it falls below that amount you can choose to self-collect @ 1 Senoko Ave, #02-03 or pay additional $25 for the delivery trip

 
What is the delivery time?

Delivery time will be between 11am to 630pm

 
For self-collection, what are your opening hours?

Mon to Fri: 10am to 6pm
Sat: 9am-11.30pm

 
When should I place my order?

It is recommended to order at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability of products & delivery or self-collection slot

 
How do I get to your office?

Alight at Canberra MRT Station, take 169 from opposite Canberra MRT Station Cross the road & walk to Food Axis @ Senoko

Take the lift up to Level 2, we are located at #02-03

 
When will I received my item once I purchase?

Please allow us at least min. 2 working days to prepare the order

 
May I request for customise thickness or weight of the meats ordered?

Customisation of thickness or weight is only available for purchase of Wagyu Beef Steak Cut – you can only choose to request customisation by thickness e.g. 1 inch, 2 inch or weight e.g. 200g, 400g, 500g

Customisation is not available for other cuts such as yakiniku or shabu

Please note that for customisation request, you will be bill accordingly base on final weight of cut which will varies depending on block size or shape

 

 
Can I walk-in to purchase?

It is recommended to order 2 days in advance to ensure availability of item as we cannot guarantee the item of your choice might available should you walk in to purchase

 
Are last minute changes to my orders allow?

Please try to inform us on any changes at least 2 days in advance (exclude PH, weekends) to ensure we are able to cater to your request.

We reserve the right to reject any last minute request to change or cancel orders if its less than 2 day’s notice given

Cancellation may be allow on a case to case basis depending on reason but refund for payment (if any) will be made in form of shop credits which you can use to offset your next purchase

 
Can I request for my items to be frozen Vacuum?

Yes, please inform us of your request 2 days in advance so that we can arrange for your meats to be properly freeze and vacuum

Kindly note colour change might occur in meat due to vacuum packaging which is unavoidable >> please request for this type of packaging only if you are able to accept this

Frozen vacuum service will not be available for orders during peak season e.g. CNY week, Christmas week

 
How long can I keep the meat?

Chill – Best recommended within 3 to 4 days to enjoy in best form & quality
Frozen – 2 to 3 weeks if properly kept in air tight packaging but kindly note meat has tendency to darken over time under frozen temperature

 
How long I need to thaw before cook?

Experts has recommended its best to let meat thaw overnight (or up to 12 hours) in chiller before cooking

 
Can I send my orders to more than one shipping address?

Each order can only be delivered to one shipping address in Singapore. You will have to make multiple orders for different shipping addresses.
