Preparing Soy Sauce based bowl: Rib slice (150g/servings), 1/2 Onion, 1/2 Clove Garlic, 5cc Soy sauce, 20g Sugar, 10g Miso, 20cc Sake, Seven flavor chili pepper.

Preparing Cream Sauce based bowl: Rib slice (150g/servings), 1/2 Onion, Salt, Pepper, 30cc White wine, 5g Miso, 150cc Fresh cream, Garlic, Nutmeg, 5g Butter.

Preparing Oyster Sauce based bowl: Rib slice (150g/servings), 1/2 Onion, 30cc Chinese soup stock, 10cc Soy sauce, 10cc Oyster sauce, 7g Sugar, 5cc aged rice wine, Black pepper, 5g Butter, 1/2 clove Garlic, Starch.


  1. Stir-fry the garlic and onion together after preparing them.
  2. Add the sliced meats and stir-fry it.
  3. Add the rest of the seasonings into the mix and stir-fry it once again. Cook them altogether at about 15 minutes each.
  4. Serve it on top of warm rice and dig into the magnificent meal!
