Ingredients

Ribloin/Sirloin/Fillet Steak
Salt & Pepper for Seasoning

Recommended Cuts: 

Ribloin/Sirloin/Fillet

Directions

Step 1   Take the meat out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. 

Step 2   Season the meat with salt & pepper right before cooking it.

Step 3   Preheat the frying pan. Cook the meat at medium heat until the sides turn brown (2 minutes or so). Depending on the duration, the texture of the meat will be different. 

Step 4  Slice thinly and serve.
