Customization is available exclusively for Wagyu Beef Steak Cuts. You can request specific thickness (e.g., 1 inch, 2 inch) or weight (e.g., 200g, 400g, 500g).

Customization is not available for thin-sliced cuts like Yakiniku or Shabu-Shabu.

Yes, frozen vacuum packaging is available upon request at least 2 days in advance.

Note: Vacuum sealing causes natural oxygen depletion, resulting in a slightly darker meat color.

Chilled meat: Store in the chiller and consume within 3 to 4 days for optimal flavor.
Frozen meat: Keep in airtight packaging for 2 to 3 weeks (meat may naturally darken over time in frozen storage).

Thaw frozen meat slowly in the chiller/refrigerator overnight (approx. 12 hours) before cooking to retain meat texture and juiciness.
