          These succulent and creamy oysters are strongly enjoyed for their strong sweet flavour thanks to mineral-rich nutrients from mountain streams, high brine content within seawater as well as being flash-frozen right after harvesting so they maintain freshness!

         The fresh oysters collected from Banshu Ako and Harima-mochi are full of flavours, rich in nutrients and extremely crisp in texture! Each packet contains 12 full-size pieces. Enjoy them sashimi style, grill, steam, and fry in any way you want. Instructions: Simply thaw & open using a butter knife/ spoon. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
