Oita Bungogyu cattle are high-quality beef from Japanese Black cattle (only heifers if female) raised mostly in Oita Prefecture

 

 

They are carefully selected premium beef with a quality grade of 4 or 5 farmed under special methods which include feeding cattle with rice and beer lees. The results is amazingly delicious meat that is full of tenderness and melt in your mouth flavor!
