Introduction

Deliciously seasoned and baked, this huge slab of meat is the preferred meal for all meat lovers!

Ingredients

Ribloin, Beef tallow (red wine taste), Salt, Pepper, Favorite herbs, Garlic.

      Recommended Cuts: 

      Ribloin/Sirloin Steak Cuts


Directions

Step 1   Cut each ribloin steak into half and season them with salt and pepper. 

Step 2   Make a slit at the center of each piece so that it may fit them into a skewer. (Using the rib bone as a skewer is preferred)

Step 3   Stick each slab of meat into the skewer carefully and tie the meats together with a piece of string. 

Step 4   Further additional seasoning may be added into the mix for extra flavours.

Step 5   Put it in the oven and bake well.

Step 6   After baking, drizzle your favourite sauce over the meat and serve them in cut, smaller pieces. Enjoy your meal!
