Yakiniku Don

Ingredients
Cooked Rice ½ bowl eachThinly Sliced Beef 300g
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Ginger 1 small piece *finely grated
Garlic 1 clove
Oil 1 tablespoon
Cabbage 5 to 6 leaves
Carrot ½
Onion 1
Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1 Combine Soy Sauce, Ginger and Garlic in a bowl and marinate the sliced Beef for a few minutes.
Step 2 Oil a heated frypan and cook the Beef with the marinade all together.
Step 3 When the Beef changes colour, add vegetables and stir fry until the vegetables are cooked. Add Soy Sauce and Mirin, and mix well.
Step 4 Half fill a bowl with rice and cover it with the Beef and vegetable mixture. You may sprinkle some roasted Sesame Seeds on top.
Tip Instead of using Soy Sauce and Mirin for seasoning, you can use Yakiniku sauce.
